Aiken County Parks
Emory Messelwhite, park supervisor for Warner Park announced:
Step aerobics classes will be held at the park in Wagener every Tuesday and
Thursday night from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Classes are $2.00 per person per session.
Bonnie Hunnicutt is the instructor. For more information call Emory at 564-6149.
A Summer Soccer Camp will also be held at the park. The first session will be July 29th - August 2nd. from 8:00 am - 11:00 am for children ages 5 - 10. Session II will be held August 5 - August 9 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am for children ages 10 and up. Boys and girls are welcome. The fee for each session is $30,00 per child. Please call to reserve a spot by calling Emory at 564-6149.
AIKEN ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. HELPS COUNTY FIRE DEPT.
Aiken Electric Cooperative will be donating low ban 2-way communication radios to interested and qualified organizations which provide emergency services to citizens within the Cooperative's service area.
Organizations interested in applying for the 2-way radios are asked to obtain a request form from the Aiken County Emergency Preparedness Office at the Aiken County Complex, 828 Richland Avenue West in Aiken or by Calling (803) 642-1623.
